compensation
NUA will be compensated as outlined in the agreed proposal or package selected by the Client.
- Fees are payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.
- Late payments may result in a pause of services until payment is received.
- All prices include VAT
- Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted and approved in writing before commencement.
- Payments made are non-refundable once work has commenced.
revisions & workflow
To support a smooth creative process for both parties:
- Requests outside the agreed revision scope may require additional time and will always be discussed in advance.
- NUA works within agreed working hours and will respond in a timely and considered manner.
- The retainer secures ongoing creative support and availability, rather than immediate turnaround services. All creative direction and content will be delivered in advance before posting and should have a clear style agreed on in the initial strategy meeting.
termination
Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 14 days’ written notice before the next payable month
- If the Client terminates the agreement after work has begun, all work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable in full.
- NUA reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of contract, or conduct that is unlawful or harmful to NUA’s business or reputation.
- Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information shared during the course of this agreement. Content and materials owned by NUA cannot be shared to outside sources.
- Confidential information may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.
- This obligation continues after the termination of the agreement.
- NUA may reference the Client’s work for portfolio, website, or social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
